Shipping costs vary between €9.95 and €19.95 depending on your destination. We offer free shipping within Cyprus.

What is the estimated shipping time?

If the item is in stock, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days. For items currently out of stock, shipping can take up to 21 days. We follow ethical practices by not holding unnecessary inventory, so sometimes items are made or restocked on demand to reduce waste.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! You’ll get a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

No customs fees within Cyprus and the EU. For other countries, you may have to pay customs charges imposed by your local authorities.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We’ll do our best! Email us within 4 hours of ordering at hello@kalimeracollective.com and we’ll try to catch it before it ships.

Do you offer express shipping?

You can return items within 14 days of receipt. Limited edition collections are non-returnable—please check sizing carefully.

How do I return an item?

If your item is damaged by the courier, send us a photo and we’ll replace it. For manufacturer defects, send the item back to us for inspection. We will contact you about your refund or replacement preference.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

No cancellations, if you need a size or colour correction, please email us immediately to amend your order.

What information do I need to provide for returns?

Please include your name, email, order number, item details, and photos clearly showing the issue and the Kalimera Collective logo.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

At the moment, we process exchanges as a return plus a new order. You’ll be refunded for the original item, and can place a new order for the desired size or color. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product includes a size chart tailored to its fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Are your products squat-proof / sweat-resistant / eco-friendly?

Yes! Most of our activewear is squat-proof and made with breathable, moisture-wicking fabric. We also focus on ethical manufacturing and sustainable practices in our supply chain.
