Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping options?
We use UPS as our trusted shipping partner for both domestic and international deliveries.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs range between €9.95 and €19.95 depending on your destination. We offer free shipping within Cyprus.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to bring Kalimera Collective to activewear lovers everywhere.
What is the estimated shipping time?
If the item is in stock, you can expect your order within 3–5 working days. For out-of-stock items, shipping can take up to 21 days, as we follow ethical practices by avoiding excess inventory and sometimes restock or produce on demand to reduce waste.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — you’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
No customs fees apply within Cyprus and the EU. Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs charges issued by local authorities.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We’ll do our best! Email us at hello@kalimeracollective.com within 4 hours of placing your order, and we’ll try to catch it before dispatch.
Do you offer express shipping?
Not yet — we currently offer standard shipping only. Express options may become available as we grow — stay tuned!
How is your packaging?
We use minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible to reduce our environmental impact.

Is it safe to shop on your website?
Absolutely. We use encrypted SSL security and trusted payment gateways to protect your data.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Apple Pay, and other major cards.
Are there discounts for first-time customers?
Yes! Use code KALIMERA10 to get 10% off until August 31st to celebrate our launch.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Can I use more than one discount code per order?
No — only one discount code can be applied per order.
Refunds & Returns
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Limited edition collections are non-returnable, so please check sizing carefully before purchase.
How do I return an item?
If your item was damaged during delivery, send us a photo and we’ll replace it. For manufacturer defects, return the item for inspection — we’ll contact you with next steps regarding your refund or replacement.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We do not offer order cancellations. However, if you need to change a size or color, email us immediately — ideally within a few hours — and we’ll do our best to help.
What information do I need to provide for returns?
Please include:
• Your full name and email address
• Order number (e.g., #KC123456)
• Item name or description
• Clear photos showing the issue and the Kalimera Collective logo
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item is defective or was damaged in transit.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Product & Sizing Info
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a custom size chart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Are your products squat-proof, sweat-resistant, or eco-friendly?
Yes — most pieces are squat-proof, breathable, and moisture-wicking. We also prioritize ethical manufacturing and sustainable practices wherever possible.
